By Signing up you responsively (under obligation) accepts to Mayo$ app Terms and Conditions presented in this document. In any circumstances or time if any of the terms & Condition, contradict with your personal opinion and impact, you can decline further use of any of the services with Mayo$
○ User/Customers refers to the the person signed up to the platform, to use the service by Mayo$
○ Any pronoun like "We, Our, us" refer to the Mayo$
○ The word "Platform" refer to the Mayo app that provides all mentioned services
○ The word "product" refers to the food products served by the restaurant through Mayo platform
By signing up you confirm your age to meet the required minimum age (18 years) and are of open mind to understand and agree to the Terms of Condition.
You are also bounded by the laws imposed by the Indian
Government (Contact Act, 1872). You are requested to use the platform only after the agreement to the Law by the government in a non-violating manner.
We confirm that all the restaurant listed in Mayo are on the platform only after checking the ownership of the property and mutual agreement between Mayo$ and Restaurant facilitator's. Including restaurant listing and ownership verification the use of any kind of pictures/media/logo are non-violating to Copyright Act(s).
During the time of signing the customer is requested to provide certain detail like Name, Email address, Contact Number, and contact number verification via OTP. This is done in order to confirm the customer identify to prevent any future issues.

The customers may not be able to use the platform without log in/sign up, this is because online ordering of food requires the identity of the customers and this cant be achieved until logged in.
1. Mayo$ holds the rights to detain any account without prior informing, if found violating the Terms and Law or exploiting the platform with unusual hack.
2. Being a software application, it needs to be updated with time to resolve the bugs found and to improve performances, Sometime you may not be able to access the app until the new update, also you may be shown certain popup for updating the application to prevent further inconvenience
Any addition of service(s) with the update provided to you by us may come under the terms and shall be considered part of a services/new services.
3. Mayo$ hereby confirm that the quality, quantity, price of food doesn't comes under services and doesn't take the responsibility of any if these, but in case of any dispute with the platform and customer, Mayo$ will take care of the dispute and agree to take control over the matter and resolve it with most effective decision according to the circumstances.
4. Customers are requested to check the Term & Condition in regular periods in case of any updates/changes in the policy. The Date of Terms last updated are mentioned above ($)
5. Customer agree to get notified on the the discounts and offer availed by us via E-Mail, SmS. Customer may turn down the discount notification by writing a mail to us at ($).
6. Customers may promise to pay the sum of the food ordered with the applicable taxes with the same platform with the desired mode of payment
7. Mayo$ uses the "Unified Payment interface (UPI)" which is approved by the government to complete the payment for the total order by the customers.
8. Customer have to pay a GST/Service Tax (as applicable) on the total order.
9. All the data collected from the platform would be used to improvise the artificial intelligence and to improve customers experience. You can learn more about the privacy ($)
10. Mayo$ insures that your Name, Email address, Contact number and all other data's collected by us won't ever be published to expose the customer privacy learn more ($)
11. Mayo Launches time to time Deals for its customers (Deal are certain offers, services, discounts, Free products) Every deal launched contains some additional T&C which can be found under the Deal banner in the app. Mayo can abolish any deal from the platform without any prior notice, All orders with the deal before the abolition may be valid.
12. All the Discount coupons added to the the platform have some conditions included with that, also all discount coupons are not applicable to the entire restaurant listed in the platform (you can find the T&C of each coupons on the app itself).
13. Discount coupons after the specified date's wont be entertained, in case of any conflict restaurant facilitates decision will be followed up.
14. All the food products prices, product name, product image all are in respective to the restaurant name
15. For advertisement and good look of food products, images may differ from the actuall food
16. Customers agree to respect and follow all the decisions taken for the welfare of the customers by providing discounts and deals.
